For higher education and graduation, Bocas Academy offers three proven affiliates that we have successfully worked with in the past. These affiliates have provided excellent opportunities for our students to further their education and achieve their academic goals. We have a strong partnership with these institutions, ensuring that our students receive the support and guidance they need to succeed in their chosen paths.
Imagine a parent-run school where your voice is heard, your child is first, and the learning environment is friendly. Bocas Academy has the costs broken down for transparency:
- $150 – Application and Supplies Fee (for school supplies, water, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- Each student monthly will be charged $265.00. This includes rent, electricity, learning coach, and the affiliation of the programs to have someone guiding your child through the courses.
For instance, if you choose the James Madison option, you pay approximately $1200 for the 4 years of High School, then $265.00 per month from August – June are the cost to the school structure that arranges and organizes the rest of what it takes to run the programs onsite.

James Madison

James Madison is a new addition to our affiliate program, offering a cost-effective option while still being accredited and backed by US universities. We originally added this option to ensure parents were not stressed over the cost of education, and we have been excited about the programs and the progress of the children attending. Similar to K12 & MK12 but with fewer options, James Madison provides a great learning environment for the price of $300.00 per year.
James Madison Online School offers high school students a comprehensive and flexible education tailored to their individual needs. With a wide range of courses and experienced teachers, students can excel academically while maintaining a flexible schedule. Whether students are looking to accelerate their learning, recover credits, or explore new subjects, James Madison Online School provides a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Mizzou Academy
MK12 by Mizzou University offers Bocas Academy offers in-state tuition prices, providing students with a 50% discount and the option to pay by credit hour. Classes can be completed in as little as 6 weeks or as long as 6 months, offering flexibility to accommodate different learning paces. While MK is among the higher-priced affiliates, it provides an exceptional education with dedicated online teachers focused on each student’s progress. Mizzou Academy is the only fully online high school that is within a nationally ranked College of Education & Human Development, which is consistently ranked among the top education colleges in the U.S. The Mizzou Academy offices and the College of Education & Human Development are on the beautiful MU Campus, and instruction is founded on cutting-edge research at this world-class university.
Researchers and professionals who are contributing to the latest research in their fields of study are consulted for Mizzou Academy course development. Frequently, MU Faculty take part in the authorship and teaching of the courses.
K12
K12 is another one of our favorite affiliates, offering schooling for children from Elementary through High School. We have had multiple children join this program and have been very happy with the results.
